Bio

Cindy Russell, MD, has been a core BAA volunteer since 1990. She was the Director of Bay Area Earth Day 1993 and has led numerous BAA-related efforts including the Bay Area Environmental Forum.

Post-BAA

Cindy formed Pesticide Alternatives for Santa Clara County.

She married David Smernoff in 1998.
