Jeb Eddy was a longtime BAA volunteer and supporter. He was a key member of BAA’s EV Project that converted an MG Midget to electric in the early 1990s.
In 1993 he contributed $320 to the “Ride for the Electric Car” fundraiser which raised a total of $3,258.25 for new batteries and other upgrades. As the top contributor to the fundraiser, “he gets a free brunch for two at the Flea Street Cafe and the use of the car for a day,” according to the Nov–Dec 1993 Action newsletter.
He also volunteered in the Midtown Garden, helped with technical solutions to mapping San Francisquito Creek for BAA's Watershed Protection Project, and led an EcoNet and internet training for BAA members in June of 1994.
With his wife Edith Eddy, he hosted a Decadent Dinner Party in early 1995.
